3 EGGS
1 SMALL CAN CONDENSED MILK
GRATE HALF THE CHEESE INTO AN OBLONG PAN
DRAIN
PUT CHILIS ON TOP OF CHEESE
GRATE REMAINING CHEESE
ON TOP OF CHILIS
WHIP EGGS AND CONDENSED
MILK 'TILL FROTHY
ADD A LITT LE SALT AND
PEPPER
POUR MIXTURE OVER CHILIS AND CHEESE
BAKE AT 350 FOR 45-55 MINUTES
